Moore Xin Jin is our founder and Chief Executive Officer and has served as our Director since 2024. During Antalpha’s short history, Mr. Jin has grown the company from the ground up to over $1.6 billion in assets under management. Mr. Jin has spent many years in the crypto mining industry, providing miners access to mining machines, data centers with low electricity cost and other services. He has worked closely with mining and crypto industry leaders and is well respected within both of these industries. Prior to founding Antalpha, Mr. Jin served as a general manager of Diansuan Information Technology, a server software provider for online shopping as well as a provider of mining machine distribution and management services from January 2018 to May 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Jin served as a general manager of Chichuang Technology, a technology platform for matching freelance developers with corporate demand for coding resources from March 2012 to October 2017.
Paul Liang has served as our Chief Financial Officer since 2024 and as our Director since 2025. Prior to joining us, Mr. Liang served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Broadex Technologies Company Limited, a provider of customized interconnect solutions in telecommunications, data centers and consumer electronics from July 2022 to November 2024. From October 2021 to July 2022, Mr. Liang served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Appotronics Corporation Limited, a leading laser display technology enterprise in the world. From February 2017 to September 2021, Mr. Liang served as the Chief Financial Officer of Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited (HKEX: 6869), a global leading provider of optical fiber preforms, optical fibers, optical fiber cables and integrated solutions. Mr. Liang received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Sun Yat-Sen University in 2002, and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Sam Hanhui Sun will serve as our independent director since May 2025. Mr. Sun has been the Chairman of VSP Private Fund Management (Zhuhai) Co., Limited since 2021. From 2016 to 2020, Mr. Sun was a venture partner at Blue Lake Capital. From 2007 to 2015, Mr. Sun served in various senior management positions at Qunar Cayman Islands Limited and KongZhong Corporation, both of which were Nasdaq-listed. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Sun served in several financial controller positions at Microsoft China’s R&D Group, Maersk China Co. Ltd., and SouFun.com. From 1995 to 2004, Mr. Sun worked in KPMG’s auditing practice group. Mr. Sun currently serves as a director on the boards of iQiyi (Nasdaq: IQ), Zhihu Inc. (NYSE: ZH) and Yiren Digital Ltd. (NYSE: YRD) and YSB Inc. (SEHK: 9885). Mr. Sun received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Beijing Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Public Accountant in mainland China.
Yang Wang will serve as our independent director since May 2025. Dr. Wang is a professor in mathematics, specializing in blockchain technology, data science, and applied mathematics. Since joining the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in August 2014, Dr. Wang served as the head of the Department of Mathematics from August 2014 to October 2016, the dean of the School of Science from November 2016 to September 2020, and the Vice-President for Institutional Advancement from 2020 to March 2025. Dr. Wang has been awarded the title of Chair Professor of Department of Mathematics at HKUST since August 2014. He currently serves as a director of Iflytek Medical Technology Co. (HKEX: 2506). Dr. Wang obtained his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Science and Technology of China, and his MS and PhD degrees in mathematics from Harvard University.
