Moore Xin Jin is our founder and Chief Executive Officer and has served as our Director since 2024. During Antalpha’s short history, Mr. Jin has grown the company from the ground up to over $1.6 billion in assets under management. Mr. Jin has spent many years in the crypto mining industry, providing miners access to mining machines, data centers with low electricity cost and other services. He has worked closely with mining and crypto industry leaders and is well respected within both of these industries. Prior to founding Antalpha, Mr. Jin served as a general manager of Diansuan Information Technology, a server software provider for online shopping as well as a provider of mining machine distribution and management services from January 2018 to May 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Jin served as a general manager of Chichuang Technology, a technology platform for matching freelance developers with corporate demand for coding resources from March 2012 to October 2017.
Paul Guanning Liang has served as our Chief Financial Officer since 2024 and as our Director since 2025. Prior to joining us, Mr. Liang served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Broadex Technologies Company Limited, a provider of customized interconnect solutions in telecommunications, data centers and consumer electronics from July 2022 to November 2024. From October 2021 to July 2022, Mr. Liang served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Appotronics Corporation Limited, a leading laser display technology enterprise in the world. From February 2017 to September 2021, Mr. Liang served as the Chief Financial Officer of Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited (HKEX: 6869), a global leading provider of optical fiber preforms, optical fibers, optical fiber cables and integrated solutions. Mr. Liang received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Sun Yat-Sen University in 2002, and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Dr. Derar Islim is our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer for the Americas and EMEA. He is responsible for overseeing Antalpha's global operations, driving regional strategy, and expanding our business footprint across key international markets. Dr. Islim has over 15 years of experience in global financial services and digital assets. Prior to joining Antalpha, he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Genesis Trading, where he managed the company through significant operational and financial challenges. Earlier in his career, he held senior risk and trading positions at Hard Yaka and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Dr. Islim holds a Ph.D. in Financial Mathematics from Florida State University and is a Fulbright Scholar.
